DELIVERY TIME
We will always try to ship your order within 5 business days from the time you place your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped within 5 business days from the next business day.

Delivery time by country
Sweden: 5-7 work days
Europe: 4-10 work days
USA: 7-10 work days

LOCAL SHIPMENT INFORMATION
PostNord (Nordic Countries) 
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. 

Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT INFORMATION

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. For international shipments we use Fedex and DHL as carriers depending on location.

The carrier will deliver your parcel to a hub or to your door depending on the weight of your shipment. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when the order has been shipped and you will be able to follow the shipment until it is delivered.

KLARNAS PAYMENT OPTIONS:
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we can offer the following payment options where the payment is done directly to Klarna:

● Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days after dispatch of your order. The terms for using this payment option can be found here. here.

● Account: Klarna Konto is a credit account made possible by Klarna that gives the credit taker the possibility to pay their purchases in installments. With at least 1/24 (minimum amount is 50 SEK) av the total used credit amount or in accordance with the terms of sale that are approved at the till point. To be able to offer different payment options we need to share your person-, contact- and order details with the respective merchant for the payment option. We recommend you to read our privacy policy.

The use of these details are regulated in accordance to the current data protection law and Klarnas privacy policy .

To be able to offer you Klarnas payment options we need to share some of your personal data with Klarna, such as contact- and order details, for Klarna to be able to assess if you are eligible for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

VAT
All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT. If your delivery address is within the European Union (EU), your price will include the 25% VAT. If your delivery address is outside the EU, the vat amount will be deducted at checkout.

IMPORT TAX AND DUTY (for customers outside the European Union)
When ordering from countries outside the EU, you will need to pay import Tax and Duty according to the local rules of your country at the delivery of your order. The amount of Tax and Duty to pay varies in every country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return shipping, and Nordic Designs will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or grant a refund including the shipping cost. We follow Swedish laws in case of returns and disputes.

We're happy to send you a return label for your return at a fixed cost of 69 SEK* in Sweden (not applicable on furniture). For EU shipments we have a flat fee of 100 SEK for the return labels.

PAYMENT REFUND
In case of a return we will refund your payment, with the shipping costs deducted as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund the payment via the original payment method as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Packages that have not been picked from service points or from the post office and are returned to us will incur a charge of 200 SEK. This amount will be deduced from your refund amount.
